Apple Orchard Field Trip

Our trip to the apple orchard was very busy. We learned how bees help to grow apples, saw how cider is made, ate apple donuts and drank apple cider with Mrs. Sullender's class, played in the maze, fed the goats, saw apple trees, and picked out pumpkins. What a busy day!

Fire Prevention and Safety Week

During Fire Prevention and Safety week, the Tuscola Fire Department brought the fire engine and the smoke house to our school. We were able to climb up in the fire engine, look at all of the cool equipment, and to practice getting out of a house in case of a fire. We also learned two very important things: If your clothes catch on fire, STOP, DROP AND ROLL and if there is an emergency, dial 9-1-1.

Homecoming Week

Three of the Warrior Football Players came to read to us during Homecoming week. They are great readers. It was funny to have the big guys sit in our little chairs! They even danced the Tooty-Ta with us! GO WARRIORS!
